Terms of opening the account 

The procedure of opening the account consists of two stages: the preliminary stage and opening of the account.

The preliminary stage includes the process of gathering and filing your documents, which are required for opening an account.

A preliminary analysis of the company's documents is carried out by Campio Group.

The process of reviewing documents by the bank and making a decision on opening an account takes from 1 week to 3 months (in some cases) from the moment of meeting of authorized representatives of the company with a representative of the bank.

Credit Suisse follows the «know your client» principle and therefore you may be requested to provide any additional information or documents concerning the procedure of opening the account that may take additional time. Bank also may refuse to open the account without any explanations.

Documents for opening an account

Forms for signing are provided in Suisse Credit Bank while the in-person meeting.

 

Documents for the company:

- originals of all statutory documents;

- notarized stitching of constituent documents with special notarization, under the apostille;

- resolution of the director on opening a bank account in 2 copies (no need to certify and apostille);

- an agreement on opening a bank account, signed by the director of the company in 2 copies (no need to certify and apostille);

- documents confirming the origin of funds (minimum balance);

- if the company exists for more than 1 year, a Certificate of Good Standing under the apostille is also required.

 

Documents for the account holder:

- original of foreign passport;

- original of national passport;

- bank reference;

- certificate of employment;

- curriculum vitae.

  

Documents for the beneficiary – the same list of documents as for the account holder.

 

Documents for the attorney – the same list of documents as for the account holder.

 

Documents for nominee director and nominee shareholder (if the nominee service is used):

- a copy of the passport, notarized and under the apostille (if the denominations are individuals);

- а copy of the statutory documents under the apostille (if the denominations are legal entities). The bank may also ask to provide them with a notarized copy of the passport under the apostille of the director of the nominee legal entity.

The procedure of opening an account

To start the procedure, it is necessary to fill out a questionnaire and provide a business plan for the company’s activities, a detailed description of the origin of the funds, a scan of the company's statutory documents and documents for the account manager, beneficiary and attorney.

Campio Group will prepare the necessary package of documents and agree on it with the bank. After obtaining the bank’s prior consent, Campio Group organizes a meeting between the account manager and the beneficiary owner with the bank representative at the bank’s main office in Zurich (Switzerland) to sign the bank forms.

Authorized persons of the company have to take with them the originals of all necessary documents to a meeting with representatives of the bank. If the bank makes a positive decision to open an account, the account details for management will be sent to the client’s e-mail.
