Payment system Holvi (Finland)

Holvi is a Finnish payment system, founded in 2011, which is licensed by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority to operate in Europe.

The payment system was created by entrepreneurs who are tired of bureaucratic procedures. Their goal is to create a financial platform that would help to conduct business, was simple and convenient to use. This is a set of tools for managing a business through one simple account.

Package «Grower» - 9 EUR/month:

- 50 payments per month are available, the cost of payment is 0.25 EUR.


Package "Complete" - 18 EUR/month:

- an unlimited number of payments is available, the cost of payment - no commission is charged.


The payment system accepts payments from PAYPAL.

Terms of opening the account 

The procedure of opening the account consists of two stages: the preliminary stage and final stage of opening an account.

The preliminary stage includes the process of collecting and filing your documents which are required for opening an account. The terms of preliminary stage depends wholly on you.

The account is opened within 3 working days from the date of submission of all necessary documents in the payment system.

Holvi follows KYC policy and reserves the right to require additional documents what may lead to account opening term exceeding, as well as refusing of account opening without reasons explanation.

Documents for opening an account

Company’s documents – originals of all company’s statutory documents shall be provided.


Documents for the account holder:

- original of national passport;

- original of foreign passport (in case of its presence);

- original e-residency (if an account is opened with a company registered in Estonia).


Documents for the beneficiary:

- original of national passport;

- original of foreign passport (in case of its presence).

The procedure of opening an account

You need to visit our office to fill out a questionnaire, as well as certification of documents for the company, attorney and beneficiary. Next, copies of all documents are sent to the payment system for review and opening an account.
