Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Osterreich) is a member of the large banking group LLB Group. In 2018, LLB bought the entire block of shares of the Austrian Semper Constantia Privatbank AG, which after the merger with LLB Osterreich received its current name. Outgoing payments (outside the SEPA zone) - 0.25% of the amount, minimum 25 EUR.

Terms of opening the account 

The procedure of opening the account starts with the preliminary stage, which includes the process of gathering and submitting documents required for opening an account. Term of the preliminary stage will depend precisely on you.

Stage of reviewing of the documents by the bank and decision-making on account opening takes on an average approximately 2 months from the receipt forms and documents by the head office of the bank.

LLB follows the «know your client» principle and therefore you may be requested to provide any additional information or documents concerning the procedure of opening the account that may take additional time, as well as refusing of account opening without reasons explanation.

Documents for opening an account

Forms for signing are provided during personal meetings at the head office of the bank Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Osterreich). It is also possible to meet with a bank representative in Kyiv during his working visit.

 

The necessary documents for the company are the originals of all the statutory documents, Certificate of Good Standing under apostille, Certificate of Incumbency under apostille (at the time of opening the account, documents must be no older than 6 weeks) and a resolution of director according to the bank form, which entitles the beneficiary to open, manage and close accounts.

- original of foreign passport (in case of its presence).

- CV with the obligatory indication of information about the business and the origin of the funds;

- documents proving your degree and professional expertise (diploma, certificates etc.);

- copy of employment records book;

- any documents proving the beneficiary holds shares of other resident companies;

- documents proving property’s ownership (certificates from the Registry on ownership of movable and immovable property);

- bank statements as of beneficiary’s accounts at other banks (deposit data, balance details);

- tax returns and other documents confirming the source of funds of the beneficiary.

 

Depending on the jurisdiction and structure of the company, LLB Bank may request additional documents.

The procedure of opening an account

After filling out the questionnaire sent to the email address, the received information is entered into the bank forms. A personal meeting with a representative of LLB Bank is required for signing the forms.
