Established in 1999 in Vienna European American Investment Bank AG (Euram Bank) is independent private Austrian bank.  

Bank offers exclusive decisions for national and foreign clients; provides ideas for family business, private companies and financial institutions.

Wide variety of bank services and investment bank expert examination (investment advice, assets management, securities services) are as well offered by bank. Bank officers will consult on corporate financing perform loans secured by shares and fiduciary contracts.

Account types

Personal, corporate (multicurrency), main priority of the bank is investment accounts.

The possibility of opening an account for operating activities is considered on an individual basis, depending on the activity and turnover of the client.

Bank also opens accounts for offshore companies.   

Price of opening the account

(bank tariffs )

Opening an account:

- for individuals - 300 EUR;

- for legal entities - 500 EUR.

Initial payment and minimum balance - from 500 000 EUR, depending on the activity and turnover. The amount on the account is not blocked.

The minimum balance must be invested in securities or bank products. By agreement with the bank, you can invest a part of the minimum balance.

Representative offices

Bank has no representative offices in other countries.

Account Management

Via phone, e-mail, fax. Internet banking is working in passive mode (for viewing account state only).

Bank Tariffs

Closing account – 50 EUR.

Account maintenance – 80 EUR/per quarter (per one account opened in one currency).

 

Incoming payments are free.

 

Outgoing payments:

- withdrawals inside EEA –10 EUR.

- withdrawals outside of EEA0,25% (min 150 EUR, max 1000 EUR).

Terms of opening an account 

Account opening starts from preparatory stage. It includes gathering and providing us with the documents needed for account opening. The term of preparatory stage depends on you.

Reweaving of documents by bank employees takes weeks since the documents were delivered to the bank.

Euram Bank AG follows KYC policy and reserves the right to require additional documents and documents from the client what may lead to account opening term exceeding, as well as refusing of account opening without reasons explanation.

Staff

Managers of the bank can freely speak on almost all European languages including Russian.

Documents required for opening an account

Forms for signing: we will provide you with them in our office upon personal meeting.

Company’s documents:

You should give us the originals of all corporate documents and Certificate of Incumbency affixed with apostille no older than 6 month. If the company is older than 1 year, we need you to provide us with the Certificate of Good Standing affixed with apostille.

You will also need to confirm the source of the company's funds.

Documents from the account holder:

- original of internal passport;

- original of foreign passport (if applicable);

- detailed CV.

 

Documents from the beneficiary:

- original of internal passport;

- original of foreign passport (if applicable);

- detailed CV;

- to open an operating account, you must confirm the presence of a resident business in the same area in which the company operates;

- documents verifying the source of income (wealth) of the beneficial owner. These could be the following:

letter of employment verification;

tax declarations;

documents confirming the receipt of the inheritance;

documents confirming the receipt of the funds as a gift, as well as its availability on the accounts;

documents confirming the sale of the real/movable property;

if the beneficial owner is a founder of the company – documents on that company, statements from the corporate accounts, tax returns, documents verifying the dividend distribution;

if the beneficiary owner is a private entrepreneur – extract from the registry, tax declarations on entrepreneur, statements from the bank accounts;

bank reference letter confirming the deposit in the bank, as well as the documents confirming the source of these funds;

other documents, reflecting the sources of income.

Documents for the nominee director/shareholder/secretary:

- copy of passport if nominee, if natural person;

- copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, copy of Charter and Articles of Association, copy of Minutes on appointment the director and copy of passport of such director, copy of  Certificate of Incumbency in case if nominee is a legal entity.

The procedure of opening the account

You need to fill in survey questionnaire, which we will email on your address. After filling it in, Campio Group will organize preparation of required bank forms and you can sign then our office.

To open an account, you will need a personal visit to meet with a bank representative (or, by agreement, video communication with the bank), as well as provide copies of personal documents of the beneficiary certified by an EU notary.
