- urgent – 0,25% from the sum of payment (min 250 CHF, max 2500 CHF).

Terms of opening the account 

The procedure of opening an account starts with the preliminary stage, which includes the process of gathering and submitting by client documents required for opening an account. Term of the preliminary stage will depends precisely on the client.

The procedure of consideration the documents and reaching the decision by bank regarding opening an account takes about 10 working days starting from the date when the documents and forms are submitted to the main bank office.

Valartis Bank follows the «know your client» principle and therefore you may be requested to provide any additional information or documents concerning the procedure of opening the account that may take additional time. Bank also may refuse to open the account without any explanations.

Documents for opening an account

Forms for signing are provided in the Campio Group office while the in-person meeting.

Company’s documents – originals of all company’s statutory documents need to be provided. In case that from the date of company incorporation has passed more than one year, the Certificate of Good Standing is required (appropriately legalized and apostilled) .

Documents for the account holder:

- original of national passport;
- original of foreign passport (in case of its presence);
- bank reference from any Ukrainian bank;
- copy of the utility bill from the place of residence no older than 3 months.
 
Documents for the beneficiary:
- original of national passport;
- original of foreign passport (in case of its presence);
- bank reference from any Ukrainian bank;
- copy of the utility bill from the place of residence no older than 3 months.
 
Documents for nominee director (if company exercises nominee service):
- copy of passport, utility bill no older than 3 months, bank reference (if nominee director – physical person);
- set of statutory company’s documents, including: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, Article of Association, Minutes of director designation (if director – corporate entity). Also, next documents for such director may be required: copy of passport, utility bill no older than 3 months, bank reference. 

The procedure of opening an account

Firstly, attorney and beneficiary will be asked to fill in the survey questionnaire in the Campio Group office and to sign bank forms. After that, signed forms integrally with originals of company statutory documents we will send bank for making copy (originals will be returned). After getting the bank approval for opening an account, you will need to deposit the initial payment for activation an account. Number of account will be send to the client in writing.
