For corporate entities incorporated in one of the countries of EU – 250 EUR.

For corporate entities incorporated outside of EU – 450 EUR.

For natural persons – 250 EUR.

The amount is debited from the account at the first receipt of cash.

Terms of opening the account 

The procedure of opening the account consists of the preliminary stage and opening of the account.

The preliminary stage includes the process of gathering and filing your documents which are required for opening an account; preparing and filling out bank forms; sending documents to the main bank office for their decision regarding the possibility of opening a bank account. Term of the preliminary stage will depends precisely on the client.

The procedure of consideration the documents and reaching the decision by bank regarding opening an account takes from 7 to 10 working days starting from the date when the client meets the bank representative at the main bank office.

SEB Bank follows the «know your client» principle and therefore you may be requested to provide any additional information or documents concerning the procedure of opening the account that may take additional time. Bank also may refuse to open the account without any explanations.

Documents for opening an account

Forms for signing are provided at main bank office during the personal visit.

 

Company’s documents – originals of all company’s statutory documents need to be provided. In case that from the date of company incorporation has passed more than one year, the Certificate of Good Standing with Apostil is required.

 

Documents for the account holder:

- original of national passport;

- original of foreign passport (without foreign passport bank account opening is impossible);

- original of bank recommendation from any bank where the holder has an opened account. Such recommendation should contain the year from which client is cooperating with the bank and basic characteristics of the relationships between the client and the bank.

 

Documents for the beneficiary of the company:

- original of national passport;

- original of foreign passport (without foreign passport bank account opening is impossible);

- original of bank recommendation from any bank where the beneficiary has an opened account. Such recommendation should contain the year from which client is cooperating with the bank and basic characteristics of the relationships between the client and the bank.

 Also, 2 documents as minimum from the list below are required:

- proof of employment;

- if beneficiary holds a resident company, the certificate of incorporation and article of association of the company are required;

- document confirming the educational level;

- proof of inheritance.

The procedure of opening an account

You need to fill in survey questionnaire, which is emailed on your address. After filling it in, Campio Group will send the request to the main bank office for opening an account. If the decision is positive, Campio Group will organize meeting client with a bank representative at the main office of the bank. During the meeting client will sign the required forms, bank will certify the company’s documents.
