Republic of Seychelles consists of more than 100 islands and small islands, but manned are only 33 of them. The uniqueness of the Seychelles nature is that it is inhabited by interesting animals and plants (Seychelles palm, huge turtles ect.) The name of the company can not end with words “Seychelles”, “Republic”, “Government”, “Govt”, or “national” and contain words “Bank”, “Assurance”, “Building Society”, those require getting some special permissions.

Director's information: minimum quantity – one. Natural persons or legal entities can be directors. There are no residence requirements.

Shareholder's information: minimum quantity – one. Natural persons or legal entities can be shareholders. There are no residence requirements.

Information about secretary: there are no requirements.

Information about registered office: there are requirements about having the registered office in Seychelles.

Minimum size of share capital: there are no requirements.

Accounting: there are no requirements.

Taxation: IBCs are exempted from paying taxes on all the activities, that are held abroad, you need to pay only charges, connected with the annual renewing of the company.

 

Peculiarities: The main advantages of registration a company in Seychelles are: the high level of confidentiality, the fact, that  legal system of Seychelles is based on the English common and French civil law, ordinary  shares ect.
